These Terms set out the conditions that apply to your use of this app provided by SangLimSoft (the "Developer"). When you review the key points of these Terms on the guide screen shown the first time you launch the app and then start, you use the app under these Terms. You can read the full Terms at any time in Settings > About > Terms of Service and at https://252.sanglimsoft.com/terms, and you can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
The Developer grants you the right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. This right cannot be transferred or sold to anyone else. The rights to the app and its content belong to the Developer, and details are set out in the Intellectual Property section of the Disclaimer, which you can view in the app under Settings > About. However, third-party software and fonts shown on the Open-Source Licenses screen are governed by their respective licenses.
The following are prohibited: tampering with the communications the app exchanges with its servers; reverse engineering the app, or copying or modifying it and distributing it; producing records or rankings with automation tools or by tampering with saved data; impersonating others or using names or expressions that offend; and any other conduct that interferes with the operation of the service.
Records submitted to the leaderboard from earlier versions (1.1.23 and earlier) are verified on the server. Records that cannot be achieved through normal play, records suspected of manipulation, and records created for testing or automation may be deleted or excluded from the rankings without prior notice. Nicknames may also be changed or have their display restricted on the same basis.
The app is currently provided free of charge, with no ads and no in-app purchases. The Developer may add or change features and may stop providing online features. If the entire service is to be discontinued, the Developer will announce it in the app or in the store description at least 30 days before the end date. Game progress is stored on your device, so it cannot be recovered if you delete the app or reset your device.
These Terms may change. The changes and their effective date will be announced on this page in advance, starting 7 days before the effective date (30 days before for changes unfavorable to users), and reflected in the corresponding app update. For changes that significantly affect users, the guide screen will be shown again in the app.
The collection and processing of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy, the game content and the limits of liability by the Disclaimer, which you can view in the app under Settings > About, and the governing law and language by the Legal Notice, which you can also view in the app under Settings > About. Where these Terms and any of those notices read differently, the notice that covers that subject prevails. Please send inquiries to support@sanglimsoft.com.
This app is a simulation game for entertainment and is not investment solicitation or advice. All companies, stocks, and events in the game are fictional, and in-game money, assets, and rankings have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for real investment losses based on in-game information. However, this does not apply to damage caused by the Developer's intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited. The governing law is the law of the Republic of Korea; if mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live apply, those rules take precedence.
